They want to reduce you to nothing. That’s the only way they can create the American they believe ought to exist.
This is why you’re here.
They will do whatever it takes.
Behind the facade of progressivism and social justice lies a dark, ugly reality.
The Democratic Party is a machine of deception, a machine of lies.
Let’s take a look at this MSNBC piece. It’s been weaponized against you.
Republicans are being hunted.
It’s Sunday, which means its time to clean up all the filth the media vomited up this week. This week’s Sunday Debunk features an MSNB piece about the FBI. I’ll point out the persuasion and propaganda MSNBC is using against the public.
Let’s get to it!
The FBI did the right thing suspending an agent. These Trump-loving congressmen did not.
Read it here. There’s a lot going on here. Below you’ll find snippets of
A self-styled FBI whistleblower effectively blew the whistle on himself and other FBI agents who like him are responsible for investigating the Jan. 6, 2021, assault on the U.S. Capitol, but are sympathetic to the suspects they are ordered to investigate and arrest.
Effectively
The use of adverbs like "effectively," "basically," and "actually" allows propagandists to insert their own subjective opinions into objective matters.
For example, if someone says they voted for Trump in the last election, a Liberal could use one of these adverbs and say, "That guy voted for Trump in the last election, effectively indicating he hates people of color." This conflates the objective fact of someone voting for Trump with the subjective interpretation that this person hates people of color.
MSNBC is using this same technique here.
This may seem like a small thing, but that’s part of what makes it so effective – especially for Democrats and those who already accept the narrative that the Jan. 6th riot was an insurrection and the defendants must be punished. A single adverb can be glanced over without a thought. But adverbs like this bypass our awareness and speak directly to our subconscious mind.
That’s powerful.
Everything you add to the truth subtracts from the truth. - Alexandr Solzhenitsyn
The next segment reads:
Special agent Steve Friend of the FBI’s Daytona Beach satellite office, a 12-year bureau veteran and a SWAT team member, refused an assignment last month to help arrest a man suspected of a Jan. 6 offense and was considered absent without leave.
Strategic ambiguity
Now the author is setting the reader up. He is priming the reader by using selective ambiguity.
Persuasive messaging often rely on selective ambiguity to create an impression or desired response in the listener.
Selective ambiguity is when a key piece of information is left out. Sometimes a key question will go unanswered.
Our brains can’t help but fill in the blanks for us.
This technique can be used to communicate either positive or negative messages, depending on the desired effect. By using selective ambiguity, the author is trying to trigger the reader’s brain into interpreting Agent Friend’s refusal to arrest a man as a problem with Friend, not with the operation itself.
The author doesn’t say that, but that’s what he’s getting your brain to register.
This is an indictment on the perpetrators of the Insurrection Hoax and weaponized FBI.
If polarizing extremism in society has crept into the very agency charged with ferreting out violent threats to democracy, then the FBI must simultaneously police itself while it works to protect us.
Thinking past the sale
In this case, thinking past the sale is when a subject’s mind (the reader) is led to accept an unproven claim or premise by taking your mind past it.
Where’s the part where MSNBC explains why Friend’s suspension was justified? That’s what’s missing. They skipped that part and went right to the part where they suggest the FBI needs to police their own.
The premise they got readers to accept was that Friend was wrong in his decision to decline assignment.
They are hoping you don’t notice.
This technique is used a lot by the Fake News.
We already know that at least 19 current or former law enforcement officers were charged in the Jan. 6 Capitol attack, including some for assaulting police officers. We also know that the names of hundreds of officers were among leaked lists of Oath Keepers members. Yet recent highly politicized proclamations that as many as 14 FBI employees have chosen to challenge valid assignments or question domestic terrorism strategy by running to Trump-adoring Congress members offers a public sign that the bureau isn’t immune from society’s polarization.
Facts as reasons
Your propaganda alarm should sound when you see media use facts as reasons. Facts are not reasons.
Facts are not reasons because they cannot be used to logically support a conclusion.
We can use facts to logically support a conclusion and create reasons, but facts alone are not reasons.
Reasons, on the other hand, can be used to logically support a conclusion. This is because reasons are based on evidence and sound reasoning, while facts are statements that are true.
Therefore, you can use reasons to support your argument, but you cannot use facts. You can however, use facts to create reasons. But MSNBC does not use these facts to create reasons.
They list facts and then spouts that these facts “offers a public sign that the bureau isn’t immune from society’s polarization”.
These facts alone do not infer that the bureau is compromised. And MSNBC doesn’t explain how these facts do.
The way MSNBC propagandizes this paragraph is a work of art.
It’s difficult to spot this unless you’re train in persuasion.
In the complaint attached to the senators' letter, Friend said he told a supervisor that he thought it “inappropriate to use an FBI SWAT team to arrest a subject for misdemeanor offenses and opined that the subject would likely face extended detainment and biased jury pools in Washington, D.C.”
It isn’t until midway through the article that the author explains Friend’s reasoning as to decline assignment to arrest a J6 protester.
They bury it. Because to mention this at the beginning of the story would debunk the entire story.
The Democratic Party is a machine of deception, a machine of lies. They lie to the American people. They lie about their policies, they lie about their candidates, and they lie about their intentions. They are the party of lies, and they are doing everything they can to deceive you. The Democrats are not your friends. they are not the party of social justice. They are the party of deceit, and they are out to brainwash you.
