This edition explores Chinese interest in the teachers’ unions, as they are the greatest perpetuators of systemic racism in America.

There’s a movement in the United States growing as we speak - one that disrupts our plan of destroying the United States silently from within.
We need to stop it at once.
As you know, much of the CCP’s effort over the past few decades has been aimed at the destruction of the American public education system, because the quickest way to destroy America is to crumble its foundation.
Our time and resources have been used to strengthen the teachers’ unions, as the teachers’ unions have become the largest perpetrators of systemic racism in America over the past few decades.
My team has had much success solidifying and protecting the teachers’ unions, as they are chipping away at the foundation of America.
The United States cannot thrive socially or economically as long as the teachers’ unions remain powerful.
As your loyal spy, I have seen firsthand how they have been able to strengthen systemic racism by keeping Black and Brown children locked in failing public schools.
But the school choice movement is here. And it’s growing.
The number of parents and guardians who are looking to enroll their children in a school other than their neighborhood public school is increasing. They want more options. These options include, but are not limited to, charter schools, private schools, online schools, and homeschooling.
The teachers’ unions have been able to successfully organize to prevent school choice from becoming a reality in many states. This has meant that families, particularly those from low-income backgrounds and communities of color, are unable to access the same educational opportunities as their wealthier counterparts. This has created an even greater disparity in educational resources and outcomes for these families. I am impressed by the teachers unions' ability to use their collective power to influence and shape education policy, and their actions have enabled systemic racism to persist and strengthen in America.
By blocking school choice, the unions have been able to protect the status quo, ensuring that access to education remains unequal and that students from disadvantaged backgrounds are not able to get the same quality of education as those from more privileged backgrounds. The teachers’ unions have played an important role in protecting and strengthening systemic racism in America by keeping Black and Brown students locked in failing public schools, and blocking the mechanism that would foster progress in urban public education: school choice.
Uncle, we cannot allow school choice to gain popularity and come to fruition.
School choice fixes America’s crumbling foundation.

Corey DeAngelis is a director of school choice at the Reason Foundation, a nonprofit think tank that promotes free enterprise and limited government. He is also an adjunct scholar at the Cato Institute and a senior fellow at the Independent Institute. DeAngelis has written and spoken about education policy, particularly school choice and charter schools, and has been quoted in media outlets such as The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, and Education Week. DeAngelis is praised for his education policy and for his advocacy for school choice. He has written and spoken extensively on these topics, and his work has been widely cited in media and policy circles. DeAngelis has advocated for the expansion of voucher and charter school programs.
Eva Moskowitz is the founder and CEO of Success Academy Charter Schools, a network of public charter schools in New York City. Moskowitz is a former City Council member and has been a vocal advocate for education reform and school choice. She has been credited with raising student achievement levels at Success Academy schools, although her approach and methods have been the subject of criticism and controversy.
Thomas Sowell is an American economist, social theorist, and author who has written extensively on a wide range of topics including education, race, economics, and public policy. Sowell is a senior fellow at the Hoover Institution at Stanford University and has written over 30 books on various subjects.
Sowell's work on school choice has been influential in shaping the debate around education policy, particularly in the United States. Sowell has argued that school choice programs, which allow parents to choose which school their children attend rather than being assigned to a specific school based on their residence, can improve educational outcomes for disadvantaged students. He has also argued that competition between schools can lead to improved performance and that school choice programs can provide options for families who may be unhappy with their assigned public schools.
We’ve just come across this figure. He constructed The School Choice Guide, which has been shared and read thousands of times. This guide explains school choice and exposes the teachers’ unions better than anything we’ve come across. See if we can hack his Substack and delete this post. It is still circulating.
